Prices and payment methods
All prices and quotations given upon acceptance of a job are subject to change if a vehicle is not as described. This could be due to size, excessive dirt or stains and will be discussed prior to any work being carried out.
We require payment to be made by cash, card, bank transfer, Paypal or business cheque upon completion of the service provided and a full invoice will be issued.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your appointment. If you cancel your appointment without giving a minimum 24 hours notice we may charge a fee of 20% of your quotation.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or rearrange your appointment we will aim to give as much notice as possible but we will not be held responsible for any consequential losses resulting from this.
Damages
Please make us aware of any potential problems before any work commences as we will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from corroded paintwork, accident damage or loose and faulty parts.
